1. Payments

1a. Terms of Purchase

Hod Publishing uses Hotmart as a third-party payment processor to manage, authenticate, and process payment for purchases on this website. Please read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Hotmart for further details. When making a purchase you agree to provide Hotmart with accurate billing information and payment method details and to pay all fees and applicable taxes.

1b. Payment Methods

Hotmart supports payment via major international credit cards. Hotmart also supports Google Pay and Apple Pay for customers in some geographies.

Payments processed via SEPA Direct Debit will take extra time to process. Due to the time it takes banks to communicate this information to one another, payments can take up to 7 business days to process. There are two steps to the SEPA Debit workflow, in the first step Hotmart submits a mandate to your bank which enacts the debit request. In the second phase the bank reports back to Hotmart once the debit request has cleared. As a result, the charge may appear on your bank account 1-3 days before the purchase is fully completed. Please remain patient and you will receive an email containing your issued license key information as soon as the successful charge is reported back to the Hotmart platform.

1c. Sales Tax

Hotmart uses your location to define the Sales Tax. If you believe you are being charged an incorrect amount of sales tax please Contact Us with your concerns and we will do our best to address them with our third-party payment provider, Hotmart.

2. Returns and Refunds

2a. Puchased Premium Content

Refunds are offered within 30 days of purchase if the product has not been installed. By installing this digital content on a Foundry Virtual Tabletop server you waive your right of withdrawal because you have accessed the content which cannot be reclaimed from you. To submit a refund request for premium content purchased please use the Contact Us form and provide details about your request for and your reason for requesting a refund.

2b. General Conditions

Occasionally our products will be offered at a promotional price or via an activated discount code. This refund policy is not for cases. Changes in pricing do not constitute grounds for a refund request and such refund requests will be denied.
